Agree on a recommendation
When a client mentions that they need a website, SEO, design, or another service, suggest that they contact GTRIX. It’s important that the client knows and agrees that we’ll get in touch with them. You don’t need any prepared materials or presentations—just briefly explain what we do.
Please submit your request to us within 48 hours
Please send us the client's contact information and a summary of the request: what is needed, the approximate budget, and the timeline, if known. Sending this information within 48 hours of the agreement allows us to contact the client while the task is still relevant and confirm that the client was referred by you.
We process the transaction and receive payment
From there, we handle things on our own: we communicate with the client, clarify the task, agree on the scope of work, prepare a proposal, and receive payment. You don’t have to spend time on negotiations or calculations, and if needed, we can include you in the communication
Earn a referral commission
Once the client has made the payment, we'll calculate your affiliate commission and transfer it to your bank account within a week. A contract isn't required: all we need is an agreement and your payment details.
About Our Services
Affiliate Compensation for Services
You receive a commission only for the service or package for which you referred a client. Any other service purchased by that same client at a later date does not qualify for a commission, unless otherwise agreed upon
Website development
10% of each customer payment for the service provided. Payment is made within one week after payment is received
Website promotion
10% of the service fee for the first 12 months from the date of the first payment. The marketing budget is not included in the commission. Payment is made within one week of receipt of payment
Web design services
10% of each customer payment for the service provided. Payment is made within one week after payment is received
How Much You Can Earn — With Examples
These figures are approximate. The actual amount depends on the client's payments for the service provided.
Example 1.
You referred a client to the corporate website for €3,000 → after a payment of €300. If the client later orders technical support on their own, no commission is charged for it.
Example 2.
You've signed up a client specifically for technical support at €400/month → up to €480 over 12 months (10% × €400 × 12), assuming consistent payments.
Example 3.
You acquired a customer through a chatbot for €1,500 → €150 from development. Bot maintenance generates a commission only if it was part of the acquisition (in which case, an additional 10% of recurring revenue for up to 12 months).

Hand off the tasks that are outside your area of expertise to us, and don’t lose the client or the opportunity for additional income.

Referral program terms and conditions
- Participants may include GTRIX clients, freelancers, consultants, or other individuals, sole proprietors, or companies who recommend our services.
- A contract is not required. Current bank details are needed for payments; we can draw up a written agreement upon request.
- Rewards are paid only for new clients who have not previously used GTRIX services.
- You must notify us of the referral within 48 hours of reaching an agreement with the client (including contact information and the nature of the request). We cannot guarantee that the lead will be attributed to you without timely notification.
- The commission is calculated only for the service or package for which you referred the client.
- If the same client later orders another service (for example, first a chatbot, then technical support separately), no commission is paid for the new service unless this is agreed upon with us separately.
- For one-time services: 10% of the client’s payment for the referred service.
- For services with recurring payments—10% for 12 months starting from the first payment for that service; after that, commission payments cease.
- The marketing budget (for SEO) is not included in the commission—only payment for our service.
- Payment is made within one week after the client’s payment.
- Payment can be made to the bank details you provided upon sign-up; any changes to these details must be made in advance.
- The commission will not be accrued or will be terminated if the client has not paid for the service, the partnership with the client has been terminated, or the terms have been violated (including attempts to poach GTRIX clients or damage to our reputation).
- In the event of disputes regarding lead generation, payment may be suspended pending resolution.
