Grupa PPW is a Polish company specializing in turnkey apartment renovation and decoration in Poland. The team takes care of the entire process: from the initial consultation and design project development to the final cleaning and handover of keys. The company operates transparently — with a fixed budget, clear deadlines, and a guarantee for all work
Goals and objectives
- Develop a logo and corporate identity for the brand from scratch, reflecting reliability and premium quality
- Create a website that clearly explains the company’s services and advantages for the Polish market
- Develop a structure of three package offers with a detailed description of each
- Build a clear “Work Process” page with five stages of cooperation
- Implement a free measurement order form to generate leads

Package solutions and conversion structure
The website is built around three clearly segmented packages — from basic repairs to a fully furnished apartment ready to move in. Each card contains a list of works and two CTA buttons: “Order” and “Find out the price.” This approach allows the client to quickly orient themselves and choose the appropriate format without calling the manager
Workflow and lead generation
A separate page has been developed with a detailed description of the five stages of cooperation — from the first meeting to the handover of keys. The “Quality Guarantee” section addresses the main objections regarding deadlines and budget. The form for ordering a free measurement is located on each key screen and generates a steady stream of leads
Branding and corporate identity
A logo was developed in the form of a stylized house in a black and gold palette, which immediately conveys the image of a premium construction company. A complete Brand Style Guide was prepared, including three logo options for different backgrounds, rules for using corporate colors, and corporate identity materials: signage, business cards, and corporate materials.
The results
The result of the project was a cohesive brand and conversion-oriented website that addresses the main objections of customers — fear of opaque prices, missed deadlines, and unqualified contractors.
